PhotoRelays Part Numbering Example (Except Alphabetical Characters)

Example of Photo relays

1. The 1 digit indicates“AP” means APMEMI photorelays

2. The 2 digit indicates the package pin type as shown below.

3. The 3 digit indicates the product category as shown below.

4. The 4 digit indicates the product Part No. Series.

5. The 5 digit indicates the Withstand voltage level, etc.
Details are as follows.

6. The 6 digit indicates the short circuit protection or current limiting as shown below.

7. The 7 digit indicates the Special type as shown below.

8.      The 8 digit indicates the package type as shown below.

9.      The 9 digit indicates the packaging as shown below.
